What do Hollywood assistants do during awards season?

Hollywood assistants serve as a true right hand to their celebrity employers. They are in constant communication with their A-list employer's team: agents, managers, lawyers, doctors, personal trainers, nutritionists, personal stylists, and even personal coaches. Essentially, they keep the stars on schedule and keep them from having a nervous breakdown. 

For the assistants that play their cards right, they could position themselves to work for someone who has their own production company -- think George Clooney -- and eventually become a producing partner and make millions.
