Job Description
Our client is searching for a remote Executive PA to manage administrative tasks virtually. The candidate can be located anywhere in the United States but ideally on the East Coast.
The candidate will report to the Chief of Staff of the Family Office. EA or PA experience in the financial world is a plus but not required.

Work hours
While the role is 40 hours a week, it isn’t always a typical 9 am to 5 pm. The candidate needs to be flexible to accommodate the Chief of Staff and CEO while they are traveling, so flexibility is essential.
The company wants the candidate to have nights and weekends off, but an occasional event may require the candidate’s attention. So, again, flexibility is important.
Other considerations
There is room to grow and move up on the Family Office side of the operation. The client is looking for a long-term candidate, and the assistant will be given the support and tools needed to succeed.
Because the CEO and Chief of Staff travel extensively worldwide, attention to detail is critical because no detail can be left overlooked when travel arrangements are booked.
NOTE: The candidate will need to go through an extensive background check: criminal and credit
