Job Description
Our UHNWI client is a retired entrepreneur and she wants to travel the world and enjoy retirement. We're looking for an experienced Travel Companion & Personal Assistant to fill this role. The ideal candidate has:
Any personal assistants or lifestyle managers that have prior experience in hospitality or as a private concierge are highly desired. We are looking for someone who has been on the road traveling with previous ultra-high net worth employers.
It's not enough just to know how to book private jets, but to be able to handle unpredictable situations that normally occur when traveling internationally, especially when there are a lot of moving parts with complex itineraries.
Any experience booking and/or visiting at any of the billionaire hotspots is a very big plus: Marbella, Ibiza, Sardinia, Saint-Tropez, Ischgl, and Monte Carlo. The candidate should have a very strong network and be savvy at getting into exclusive destinations (Candidate will have a healthy budget for gratuities to vendors who provide exceptional service).
When not traveling, the candidate will have personal assistant duties while based in the Martha's Vineyard / Nantucket area. Typical hours when not traveling would be 4 to 6 hours a day, but much longer days will be expected when on the road as the PA / Companion will be keeping the same hours as the VIP.
Candidate will have days off while on the road, but will need to be on-call for any unexpected or unpredictable circumstances that may occur.
Any candidates who have prior experience in real estate or estate management will have special consideration because the client is interested in purchasing a number of different luxury properties.

- Experience working for high-profile families, celebrities or billionaires
- Intimate knowledge of private aviation and first-class travel on international carriers
- Ability to be away from home for weeks or months at a time
- Availability to leave town on a moment's notice
- Flexibility to be on the road for 8 to 10 months of the year
- Experience hiring local staff should the VIP want to book villas instead of hotels
