Celebrity concierge
At The Celebrity Personal Assistant Network, we offer VIP concierge services (i.e., Lifestyle Management services) for celebrities and high-net-worth families. Our founder, Brian Daniel, is a former personal assistant to A-listers, billionaires and royal families; so, he knows firsthand what it takes to offer the highest level of service to discerning families.
What exactly is a celebrity concierge?
A celebrity concierge or lifestyle manager offers special access and perks that a regular travel agent doesn't. The individual acts as a dedicated concierge and traveling personal assistant, going with you to ensure that every possible aspect of your vacation goes to plan. For example, a concierge for billionaires would do the following when going to a five-star restaurant:
Pre-arrival
Pre-arrival
- Lead an advance team to a restaurant to meet the manager and maître d'
- Choose the table that would be best for the billionaire and his security team to sit at
- Look over the menu and preselect items to ensure that the restaurant has them in stock
- Inform the restaurant manager and maître d' the general time they are planning on arriving
- Scope out escape routes with the head of security in the event of an emergency
- Discuss with the manager the best server that will be on staff to wait on the VIP and his guests
En route
That, in a nutshell, is what we call "Jeff Bezos-level of service". Please be advised that this list is not all inclusive. There are additional details that would need to be discussed based on how high of a profile the VIP or celebrity is. Close protection agents are typically $1,200 each for a 12-hour shift, and some billionaires need as many as 10.
- When en-route, the celebrity concierge will notify the manager of the exact time the VIP or billionaire is expected to arrive at the restaurant (an ensure that the tables are ready)
- When two minutes away, notify the general manager of the restaurant to meet you at the front door to personally welcome the VIP
- The celebrity concierge will disembark from the vehicle first, open the door for the VIP, and then usher the celebrity or billionaire into the restaurant with the manager
- Once the VIP is seated and his security team is in place, the celebrity concierge will wait in the establishment to ensure that the remainder of the dinner goes to plan
- Once dinner is winding down and the VIP or billionaire is eating dessert, then the celebrity concierge will pay the check on behalf of the VIP guest so that the team can immediately exit the establishment once the celebrity is ready to do so

Why should I use a luxury travel concierge?
Everyone who travels knows that almost nothing works perfectly when traveling. There will constantly be interruptions and bumps in the road that need to be addressed. These "travel surprises" are compounded exponentially when working with celebrities and billionaires because there are so many moving parts: Private jets, hotel rooms, transportation, and the entourage of friends and family.
With so many things that can go wrong, having a luxury travel concierge by your side to act as a personal assistant is critical to solving problems on the spot. Even the invite-only VIP concierge services that charge $10,000 to join aren't going to offer the high level of service that we do.

What travel services can your elite concierge provide?
We help you plan every conceivable detail of your vacation. Absolutely no stone is left unturned. Our goal is for you to have an extraordinary and unforgettable experience. Here are just some of the details worth mentioning:
This list is just the tip of the iceberg because there are a number of different considerations and complexities to discuss when traveling either domestically or internationally.
- Discussing the pros and cons of each location you have in mind (like a destination seminar, but it's private)
- Accommodations: Choosing a 5-star hotel or a private villa
- Discussing the additional services required in luxury villa rentals: maids, private chefs, security personnel, etc.
- Private jet and Airbus suite options for travel
- Hiring local VIP guides, especially if the destination's mother tongue isn't English

Are you an invite-only concierge?
We exclusively cater to celebrities, high-net-worth families and billionaires. Since we don't do any advertising whatsoever, 100% of our clients are either referrals or clients that approach us.
We aren't strictly invite-only. If you think that your family is a fit for our services, please feel free to reach out to us for a consultation.

How much do your luxury concierge travel services cost?
In addition to whatever you plan on spending for accommodations, airfare and entertainment, our lifestyle management services are added on top of that. Your celebrity concierge (i.e., traveling personal assistant), will travel with you to the destination and supervise every aspect of the vacation.
All airfare and accommodations will need to be covered for your personal concierge, plus an additional $5,000 a week for the lifestyle management services. We also charge an upfront consulting fee for the assistance in planning the trip. These figures don't include the extra money that would be needed for gratuities (i.e., tipping vendors for giving access to exclusive events or restaurants, etc.). Additionally, because of the complexity of some vacations, more than one traveling personal assistant is sometimes needed, which would result in higher fees.

Which company is the best luxury concierge on the market?
There are a number of great ones, but ultimately each VIP travel concierge specializes in different areas. Most of them don't offer the personalized service that we do with the Lifestyle Manager by your side ensuring that each phase of the trip is seamless.
Having your own celebrity concierge by your side is the ultimate experience in travel. For example, VIPs and billionaires are very whimsical and love to do things at the last minute. If the celebrity suddenly decides to eat dinner at the hottest restaurant in town and they are booked for 3 months, it will require some very clever talking (and some generous tip allowance), to get the VIP and the guests a table at the last minute.
