Frequently Asked Questions
Why are the "buy now" buttons missing from the coaching page?
The "buy now" buttons have been removed from the coaching page because Brian is strict about accepting people into the coaching program. Only candidates he knows he can help will be accepted, so it's an issue of business ethics.
If I'm accepted into the coaching program, how do I pay?

How far ahead do I have to book my coaching appointment?
It depends on Brian's workload. Usually, one week or so is the average. Brian can coach from 9 am to 9 pm, seven days a week. If there is a business emergency, and you need "rush service" because of a job interview, please make a special request.
Will I be eligible to be sent out on job interviews with Brian's clients after coaching?
If you're interested in coaching for the express purpose of gaining access to Brian's clients, it's probably better if you don't coach. There is no expressed or implied understanding of getting work with our clients, and Brian is careful to make sure no conflicts of interest exist.
What you are "guaranteed" is to be a more polished job seeker and more presentable to employers after the coaching is completed. Feel free to review Brian's recommendations on his website and LinkedIn profile.

What are the "Featured Candidates" I sometimes see in your newsletters? Can I be featured?
Currently, being featured in the newsletter is invite-only. You must meet one of the three criteria for eligibility:
- If Brian has worked with you
- If Brian has placed you in a job
- If Brian has coached with you
Beyond that, having a very strong personal brand plays an important part of the decision-making process.

Does anything else come with the package?
Brian will give you an expertly designed, ATS-friendly resume template, as well as a Job Search Tutorial. Because of all the tips in the tutorial, it is equivalent to an additional two-hours of coaching.
Before the creation of this "kit," Brian verbally explained all of the content in the tutorial during coaching sessions, which took about two hours of paid coaching. In order to reduce the cost of the sessions, Brian created the kit to make the sessions even more affordable.
Additionally, if you purchase the Premier Package, you get hundreds of dollars' worth of professional estate management templates so you can start a House Manual.

Are all of the talking points listed on the coaching page going to be covered?
Quite a bit can be covered in a 2-hour consultation, but how much is covered is largely dependent on how deeply each topic is discussed. It also depends on how many questions are asked by the candidates. In short, there is no formula because each candidate gets a 100% bespoke session based on their needs.
It usually takes about 1-hour just to cover the resume and LinkedIn notes. So, if you get a 2-hour session, one hour will be left to discuss the other points -- and that time can fly by very quickly.
If it's in your budget, getting the 4-hour session will guarantee that everything is covered. In the unlikely event that there is extra time remaining, you can use that time as a "retainer" to get real-time advice from Brian about challenges that you are either facing on the job, or questions you have as you are applying for jobs and getting calls from employers.
