What level of personal assistance will I receive?

As a domestic staffing agency, we recruit the very best personal assistants for households. Firstly, a great deal of thought goes into a job posting to attract the right candidate. When we consult with clients, for example, we dive deep to understand what should be in the job description.
If our clients need PAs to assist with running small businesses, then we will focus on the skills needed to perform well in that environment. In other words, clients "custom order" the personal assistant for the personal tasks that need to be completed.

What are the various personal assistant positions?
There are a variety of different personal assistant positions that we talk to clients about. Our staffing company will present the following:
Executive Assistant

Office Assistant
This job also performs administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, calendar management, and travel planning. Since it's an office position, performing duties related to the clients' daily schedule is often required.
Admin Assistant
Naturally, this job performs many administrative tasks, and the administrative support can be hybrid. When essential daily operations require the candidate to be in the office, it will be done. Otherwise, to-do items like product research can be done with other administrative services in the candidate's home office.
Personal Assistant
This job usually requires the candidate to be physically present. As the title suggests, it's a very "personal" job. The PA performs day-to-day tasks like scheduling doctor's appointments, fielding phone calls, and running errands. Personal assistant candidates need to be detail oriented and dedicated or clients will want them replaced.
What personal assistant services can I expect?

For personal assistants that work for celebrities, high-net-worth families or billionaires, the job duties can be performed at a very high level. The candidates wear many hats from performing personal tasks like handling phone calls to "elite" personal assistant duties like managing a construction project.
If, for example, clients need a business run more efficiently, then we can recruit a personal assistant with a business background. Other time-consuming tasks like grocery shopping and waiting in line at the DMV can also be performed.
