How was your consulting business for billionaires founded?
Brian Daniel has served as a personal assistant and chief of staff to American aristocracy, Forbes list families and even royalty. At one point almost 20 years ago, he got involved with some domestic staffing agencies in an attempt to find his next role. What he discovered was alarming.

Most lifestyle management and domestic staffing agencies are about hitting numbers and scoring commissions. It goes without saying that revenue is important, but it's not the driving force for our team.
We won't take on a client unless we know it's a good match for both parties. We prefer to have a "less is more" approach and be able to offer better service to our clients.

How many placements does your consultancy make each fiscal year?
In the name of secrecy, we don't publish those numbers. Additionally, we are all about quality, not quantity. Honestly, that is the secret to our success as a domestic staffing firm to clients of great wealth.

What clients spend changes on a case-by-case basis. There is no set menu of what you would pay. We can say, though, that households need a healthy budget to hire us because our staffing firm represents the very best in the industry.

Depending on which country the client is in, services vary. In terms of staffing, clients typically hire personal assistants, lifestyle managers, chiefs of staff, estate managers (household managers), butlers and nannies -- that's the short list.
Because our clients have a high income and complex lives, we can assist by evaluating needs. A newly rich person, for example, doesn't often know how much it will cost to hire elite staff, so we can help clients define what it is they actually need.
