When working with a staffing agency to find help for your estate, experience counts. Many families who are interested in hiring staff for their households are "first time buyers" and have never worked with a domestic staffing agency before; so making mistakes is easy if you are doing business with inexperienced agencies. 

Most staffing agencies are generalists, which means they try to be all things to all people (Jack of all trades). If you were going to hire someone to fix your Ferrari, do you want someone who specializes in repairing Ferraris? Of course.
