It's a little bit of a trick question because each of the Kardashians have their own schedules and some of them are busier than others. In no particular order, the Kardashians are Kendall, Kim, Kourtney, Kris, Kylie and Khloé (don't think all of the "K" letters are a coincidence).
By and large, the Kardashians are the most successful reality TV stars of all time. Further, they've been able to expand their brands globally and have a number of different businesses. Their personal assistants, therefore, have to be the glue that holds it all together, which means they communicate with publicity reps, lawyers, agents, managers, studio chiefs and the domestic staff their run their estates.

What skills would be needed to be an assistant to the Kardashians?
When wanting to be an assistant to a celebrity, take a close look at the transferrable skills that you have. In one example, a student studying fashion wrote the Kardashians and asked to be their assistant. She was hired! She started off in a small capacity and worked her way up. She was with the family more than five years as their PA, which means she got to travel all over the world and meet other celebrities as well.
So it's your job as an assistant to create a target list of any celebrity that you want to work for, then write a letter and explain to them why your skills fit. Get any additional training you might need, like becoming an expert at Microsoft Office, for example.
