It turns out the longtime assistant to Steven Spielberg is also an expert at helping people detox from digital devices -- who knew? Thomas Sobel assisted Mr. Spielberg on a number of films including Jurassic World and Bridge of Spies. Sobel also assisted on other Amblin Entertainment projects with Spielberg's former partner, Kathleen Kennedy (Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull).
