About this Senior Executive Assistant Job
We are searching for an experienced, reliable, detail-oriented Senior Executive Assistant Business Partner to be part of the team. The Senior EABP will support Intuit’s Chief Technology Officer. The Senior EABP will be responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative duties.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working at the Executive administrative level
- Advanced Outlook calendar management is critical
- Expert level knowledge of Windows desktop computer applications, Microsoft Office, Google Suite/Workspace, Box skills
- Strong organization, project management and problem-solving skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, as well as a strong customer service perspective (internal, as well as external), and can handle issues with respect, dignity, sensitivity, and urgency
- Friendly and professional demeanor, with a “can do” attitude
- Ability to act quickly from one task to another, seamlessly and professionally
- Proven time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
- Be highly proactive and take ownership to anticipate needs and adept at managing-up and downstream to ensure deliverables are met timely and accurately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to identify business issues and coordinate an appropriate response with key stakeholders.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment while providing superior service
Responsibilities for this Senior EA role
- Manage complex and detailed calendars
- Travel coordination and arrangements
- Partner across organizational boundaries to deliver outcomes with EABPs and others
- Plan and support events for meetings, off-sites and team motivation
- Ability to tame organized chaos while remaining calm and composed
- Possess a high degree of initiative to take independent action and be able to exercise proper judgment at all times
- Trustworthy and able to exhibit a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to take on new challenges, to learn and grow
- Be the “eyes and ears” of the organization and be sensitive to the needs of employees
- Manage and reconcile expense reports on behalf of the leaders
- Maintain organizational charts and email distribution lists
- Have a keen understanding of the organization – the vision, business direction, and mission
- Be approachable and collaborative with team members/peers
- Take initiative on researching, implementing and improving systems and processes
