Job Description
Our ultra-high net worth, high-profile client has residences in Rome, London and New York City. This position will primarily be based in Rome, but the Estate Manager will sometimes have to travel to NYC and London. Having any attachments whatsoever for this role isn't realistic.
The client is looking for a very experienced Estate Manager to recruit, hire and train domestic teams in multiple properties. The ideal candidate:
Candidates must be very graceful under pressure, be unflappable and have a very high level of emotional intelligence. Only short-listed candidates will be contacted. No phone calls or deliveries, please. Candidates must have very strong (and verifiable) letters of recommendation from previous employers. Finally, the candidate must pass an extensive background check.
The client is looking for a very experienced Estate Manager to recruit, hire and train domestic teams in multiple properties. The ideal candidate:
- Prior experience working with UHNW families
- A minimum of 10 years of experience
- Experience working internationally leading multi-cultural teams
- No job hoppers. Resume must show a strong track record of stability
- Candidates with formal hospitality training a very strong plus
- Must have prior experience supervising construction
- Having a project management certification is a big plus
- Estate management experience in properties exceeding 20,000 square feet required
- Experience creating, managing and improving estate manuals required
