Famous, billion-dollar celebrities like Rihanna have brutal schedules; and it also requires that the personal assistant keep the same breakneck hours. When a celebrity jumps from appointment to appointment, it's like being the Tasmanian Devil; and that means the assistant to the celebrity has to clean up after quick meals or wardrobe changes. Most celebrities have personal chefs to cater to their every whim.
