About the role
Out client is an UHNW individual with multiple residences in Southern California. This role is a hybrid PA and House Manager role with time spent between Catalina Island (60%) and Los Angeles (40%). The ideal candidate has:
Although the candidate's hours are mostly fixed, the role requires the flexibility to be on call nights and weekends. The client sometimes hosts VIP and celebrity guests, so extend hours would be required.
This role comes with a generous salary, overtime potential, plus year-end bonuses based on performance. While the VIP is away, the candidate will reside on the property. When the principal is in-residence, the candidate will live in an adjacent luxe accommodation. This arrangement is true for working in both Catalina Island and Los Angeles.
