About the role
Our UHNW and high-profile client is looking for a Personal Assistant and House Manager to take care of his luxury property in Gstaad, Switzerland. The ideal candidate has:
There are two "modes" to this role: either periods of utter quietness or a break-neck pace working VERY long days. Candidates with a hospitality background are preferred because a "service heart" is very important.
The PA and House Manager will handle absolutely all things from A to Z. The VIP owner often hosts celebrities and high-profile figures, so the candidate will act as a sort of personal concierge and take celebrity guests to popular hot spots and shopping.
Our client is looking for a long-term candidate, so private service professionals with a stable work history are very highly desired. A personal assistant with a short stint of less than a year on their resume will not be considered.
- Experience working with the jet set crowd
- Familiarity with the billionaire vacation capitals
- Experience working with celebrities and the UHNW
- Familiarity with private aviation
- Thick skin and can accommodate strong personalities
- A high level of emotional intelligence and is unflappable
- Demonstrated experience working with private chefs, housekeepers, and executive protection
