Our ultra-high net worth client has multiple homes in the Caribbean islands, North America, and Europe. This role is primarily based in the Caribbean taking care of the vacation homes, so this is a hybrid PA-House Manager position. Here is a profile of the ideal candidate:

- Construction or Project Management experience a plus
- Ability to be on the move and be gone for weeks at a time
- Experience leading multi-national, cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience in fast-paced environments
- Unflappable and able to multi-task under pressure
