The ideal candidate will handle responsibilities ranging from store pickups and overseeing contractors to managing mail, oversight of the property during executive’s travel and assisting with in-person event support.

Job Type: Full Time, Live-Out
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Schedule: Full-time contract, 40 hours per week. Core hours are Monday through Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM. Flexibility is required for occasional pre-arranged tasks on evenings and weekends. Must be reachable and responsive via text and chat apps.
Compensation: Up to $45/hour DOE; Benefits – TBD

Responsibilities:
- Execute routine tasks efficiently and accommodate ad-hoc requests, including occasional weekend duties.
- Manage personal errands and vendor relations, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring vendors, and overseeing work to completion.
- Provide consistent, timely support while maintaining high levels of discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with the executive and their team, contributing to a cohesive work environment.
- Organize and manage household paperwork, including scanning documents and distributing them to designated contacts.
- Assist with travel preparations, including packing and organizing luggage according to preferences and requirements.
- Handle the receipt, unboxing, and orderly storage of deliveries, ensuring items are placed appropriately within the home.
- Prepare and serve meals as requested, including heating and delivering pre-made meals to the office for lunch.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle, including regular washing, interior cleaning, and ongoing maintenance.
- Act as a liaison for household and personal tasks, ensuring clear communication and execution of directives.
- Manage and document expenses related to personal and household items, including sending pictures of receipts to designated contacts for bookkeeping.
- Perform various errands such as laundry, taking out trash bins, breaking down boxes, grocery shopping, packing and unpacking, and managing mail (hybrid Family Assistant role).
Requirements:
- Must be tech savvy: able to communicate using Telegram, familiar with HomePay, Asana, able to set up tech, anything from an Xbox or new TV to installing security cameras
- Minimum of one year of experience in roles such as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Family Assistant, House Manager, or similar
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong memory and work ethic
- Effective communication and note-taking abilities
- Reliable, insured vehicle with a clean driving record
- Experience in managing vendor relationships
- Approachable, respectful, and maintains a professional demeanor
- Flexible schedule to accommodate varying task requirements
- Committed to confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role
