Why do the rich and famous congregate at 5-star hotels?

Five-star hotels are playgrounds for the rich and famous. Many celebrities and billionaires even visit these luxury hotels for "stay-cations" when in their hometowns. The reason is simple: the employees that work at these properties are trained to give outstanding customer service, and they also must sign confidentiality agreements, so they can't speak about what they see.
