There are several very expensive caviar types, and they include Almas Caviar, Special Reserve Kaluga Huso Hybrid Caviar, and Beluga Hybrid Caviar. The most expensive of them all is Strottarga Bianco, which is over $100,000. This one, of course, is for the billionaires with a fine palate. ​
