Personal Assistant & Estate Manager Duties: Private Jets

[VIDEO BELOW] Personal Assistants and Estate Mangers have a myriad of duties when working with high-net-worth families. Among them would be to either manage private jets, or booking private flights for their employer. The data below is courtesy of Net Jets (a Berkshire Hathaway company -- aka Warren Buffett). 

Personal assistant duties: Booking private jets

Assistants must have a working knowledge of these private aircraft when working for billionaires. Knowing the size of the jets and how far they can fly will enable PAs to book efficiently and save their employers money. A personal assistant, for example, wouldn't want to reserve a large-cabin Bombardier 7500 if only six passengers were flying across the state; A mid-size Cessna Citation could do that job. 

Further, because of the slow economy, knowing the pros and cons of full ownership, fractional ownership, and buying empty legs will help you do your job as an Executive Personal Assistant.
