- A seasoned candidate with at least 10 years of experience working for busy, high-profile families
- A no-excuses attitude and amazing resilience; out-of-the-box problem solver
- Flexibility to put in the extra time when needed to meet deadlines
- Experience managing domestic staff in complex estates
- Ability to lead multi-cultural, cross-functional teams
- Higher education should be related to business (high GPA a strong plus)
- Must have a strong business acumen and a strong sense of emotional intelligence
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (certification a strong plus)
- Flexibility to travel globally and be gone for weeks at a time is a must
