FAQs about the Worldwide Domestic Staffing Agency List
Here are some FAQs about our domestic staffing agency listings to get you started.
What is the domestic staffing agency list for?
The global household staffing agency list is intended to be a robust resource for those interested in learning more about agencies "at a glance." With more than 500 domestic staffing agencies in the United States alone, our aim is to save users weeks of work and create the world's most extensive list with depth and breadth.
Can I opt out of the agency list?
Yes, you can. If you are an agency owner and would like your listing deleted, please get in touch with our office using the contact form below.
How were the listings created?
With the help of artificial intelligence software, profile data was aggregated from various public records, including but not limited to Facebook, Yelp, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and the agency's website.
How do I claim my listing?
If you would like to claim your listing and customize the content, the website developers we work with charge an administrative fee of $150 to manually update the entry. This is a "break-even" price, so we aren't interested in making money (or losing any, either).
The $150 charge is for the first year. After the first year, the renewal rate is $75. The renewal fee is to manually go through and update the listing with any changes, run an originality report to ensure the content is unique, and check that all of the links and phone numbers are still working.

How do I pay to claim the profile and customize the page?
- We send you a PayPal invoice, and it can be paid with any credit card, even if you don't have a PayPal account.
- Once we receive payment, we will send you a form to fill out within 24 hours of payment verification.
- After we receive your data, the IT team will plug it into the page. This usually happens within 48 hours of receipt.
Why are some listings incomplete?
If you have visited the home page of the global domestic staffing agencies, you may have noticed that only some of the agency profiles have been completed. This project is a work in progress. Because there are more than 1,000 household staffing agencies worldwide, it will take time for the listing to be completed.
If you're not making any money, why bother to make the listings?
We are looking at the "big picture" for our industry, and there are partnership opportunities for eligible agencies, so there is a win-win for us down the road (more on that later).
What is included when I claim my profile?
There are several benefits to claiming your profile:
- Eligibility to be featured on the home page of the listings
- Ability to customize your agency's page
- Unlock the contact information: phone number, email, and website address for visitors
- ✅ Get a green "verified" checkmark next to your entry on the main listings page
- Eligible agencies can earn a ✨star badge and receive an "Excellent" rating if they meet certain criteria
What customization can I do to my agency page?
- Customized header
- Current contact information
- Customizing the text that appears in each subsection
- Adding or removing a category
- Have an active hyperlink on the page that leads to your website
Give or take, each page subsection should have approximately 25 words (about 200 words in total). The agency pages are intended to be at-a-glance reference pages, not Wikipedia entries. We don't want agencies to do "keyword stuffing" on the pages. Further, the content must be original, so it can't be "cut and paste" from another source online. We run an originality report, which takes additional time and is calculated as part of the administration fee.
Can the agency choose the reviews that appear on the page?
To provide users with fair and balanced information, we programmed the Artificial Intelligence software to choose a positive and critical review. This was inspired by Amazon.com, which displays this kind of information to users.
Because it would be unethical to let agencies "cherry pick" the reviews (or delete only the critical review), we allow agency owners to delete the reviews section entirely if they don't want it to appear on the page (if the agency has paid to claim the page).
If you don't want to claim the page, there are two options:
If you don't want to claim the page, there are two options:
- Leave the page "as is" in the directory
- Have the page deleted from the database entirely
Does a conflict exist in having your company list other staffing agencies?
It's a fair question, and we are all about complete transparency:
Firstly, you may not know that several other staffing agencies have been doing this for many years, so we are not the first.
We feel that the other agencies doing similar listings are "cherry picking" what other agencies appear in their listings (primarily their friends and business partners).
Only having 20 or 30 domestic agencies listed (of more than 1,000 worldwide) is hardly beneficial for families or job seekers. Additionally, the other firms that have created a list of household staffing agencies are offering very limited information to users -- we want to change that and make the world's most detailed list.
Our goal is to elevate our industry; truth be told, we are actually helping other agencies by doing this. So, there is no conflict -- quite the opposite. We don't have a "scarcity mentality," and here are the wealth statistics:
In short, our agency could never accommodate all families needing help finding household staff. The placements we make are literally a drop in the bucket when you consider the volume of the entire domestic staffing industry.
If you haven't seen the Academy-awarding winning movie Moneyball starring Brad Pitt, it's the true story about a baseball coach who literally changed the entire Major League Baseball organization (worth tens of billions of dollars). He simply said, "There's a better way to do this," and that's what our company founder, Brian Daniel, is doing with the domestic staffing industry -- and we hope you will come along for the ride!
Since Brian is preparing for retirement, our website will eventually become an exclusive resource for private service professionals and the domestic staffing industry at large. In other words, this agency list resource is a first step toward that goal.
Also, it's important for agency owners to know that we stay completely neutral, so we aren't writing any reviews ourselves or presenting anything subjective. We are just aggregating data and collecting it in a reference library for job seekers.
We take the same attitude as Yelp or Amazon: We want the listings to be reliable and trusted by users who visit the pages.

- There are 50K households with a net worth between $50MM and $500MM
- There are 10MM millionaires in the USA, so an average of 200K affluent families in each state
