TITLE: Executive Assistant & Estate Management
LOCATION: San Diego, CA, USA

HOURS: Full time (occasional weekends)
TRAVEL: Some
EDUCATION LEVEL: BA (master preferred)
PRIOR EXPERIENCE: 8 years minimum (full time)
PAY: Based on experience (very competitive)
JOB DESCRIPTION: An UHNW family in philanthropy is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who will also have some Estate Management duties (there is already a senior EM in place). The PA and Estate Manager work hand-in-hand and report to the Chief of Staff.
Our client is looking for an optimistic assistant for all things A to Z -- someone who is a problem-solver and can work independently with minimal to no supervision. You must be able to hit the ground running. Prior experience with ultra-high-net-worth families working in mega-mansions is essential.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Private jet and yacht management
• Estate management
• Assist in the supervision of staff: subordinate PAs, butlers, security, nannies, chefs, etc.
• Car fleet care and management
• Party & event planning
• Update household and training manuals periodically
• Supervision of construction and renovations
• Lifestyle management and vacation planning
• Calendar management: personal & professional, domestic & international
• Inventory/maintenance of assets
• Serve as a confidant and true-right hand in all ways A to Z
