Job Description
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work for a very well-respected and celebrated individual. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in hospitality protocol and have experience working for UHNW families engaged in philanthropy.
This is a very demanding yet rewarding role. The Executive Personal Assistant will work hand-in-hand with the Estate Manager and Chief of Staff, and will have two subordinate PAs to delegate tasks to.
In most instances, this role's hours will be between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm and small tasks would be delegated to subordinate assistants after 6:00 pm. However, during times the Principal is engaged in special projects, hours could increase substantially, especially when the candidate accompanies the VIP out of town.
