Job Description

We need a Personal Assistant to support the Proforma CEO located in Tampa, Florida.​

Proforma
is a rapidly growing, 500-million-dollar, North American leader in the printing and promotional products industry with over 750 franchised sales offices. 

The individual will be responsible for managing all household/family activities including but not limited to: travel planning (flights, agendas, packing/unpacking), errands, personal shopping, holiday/family event planning/preparation, and mail.

Business needs include calendar management, oversight/stocking of corporate home(s), corporate travel, and some travel. The right candidate will be adept at managing multiple C-level projects and family events. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with our CEO, Founder, Executive Management Team and highly successful business owners.

Required Skills & Experience:
​
  • High level of confidentiality, diplomacy and integrity.
  • Ability to proactively anticipate needs and take appropriate and timely action.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside business owners and associates.
  • Highly detail oriented with excellent time management and follow-through skills.
  • Flexibility with workday and schedule, ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

General Requirements:
​
  • Minimum of 5 years personal assistant experience, preferably with 3+ years supporting C-level executives in a private home.
  • Diploma required and degree preferred.

Additional Requirements:
  • Must be accessible nights/weekends to assist with travel and schedule coordination.
  • Must be proficient with a Smart Phone (Android/iPhone)
