JOB DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking a personal assistant for a client who is the head of a major movie studio in Los Angeles. Familiarity with the motion picture industry is a big plus. If you know to navigate the studio lots like Warner Bros., CBS, NBC, ABC, Sony and Disney, then all the better. Long hours and lots of pressure come with this job!!!
The candidate should have a valid passport and have experience traveling extensively. You will have two subordinate personal assistants to help you with the simpler, more menial tasks like errand-running. The studio executive has multiple estates throughout the country, as well as internationally. You will need to have prior experience managing household staff, and some familiarity with Microsoft office products like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are needed. The client already has a full-time Administrative Assistant, but you will be interacting with her regularly.
