Assistant to C-level Executive at Fortune 500 Company

We are currently seeking an executive assistant for a top-tier company in the New York City area. The position’s details are as follows:

TITLE: Executive Assistant
LOCATION: New York City, New York
INDUSTRY: Fortune 500 Executive
HOURS: Full time, 40+
TRAVEL: Yes
EDUCATION LEVEL: College degree required (Communications or Business preferred)
PRIOR EXPERIENCE: 5+
PAY RANGE: Up to $110,000 (based on experience) plus bonuses, benefits, etc.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Fortune 500 C-level executive seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant. Position is primarily based in New York City, but travel is required to Los Angeles, Paris, and Miami where there are other estates. Although the workweek is typically 40 to 50 hours, about 10 days of travel per month will be required and the hours during those periods could be 60 or more. Year-end bonus will be based on amount of travel and performance during those travel periods.
Executive Assistant should be well-versed in private jet travel and protocol and will be working hand in hand with other personal assistants and celebrity clients. This is a high-pressure job and not ideal for someone with a lot of attachments. Client is very jet set and often travels on a moment’s notice, so be prepared to jump on a plane and work virtually off of your laptop when out of the office. Prior estate management duties are a plus.
