OVERVIEW: Our client is currently seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to work in their boutique investment firm. The company manages a number of high-value assets for a variety of high-net-worth clients. A proactive and tenacious EA with attention to detail is needed for this role.
This is for a highly respected and caring family. The ideal executive assistant would be in the position long term. Candidates will need strong recommendations, have to sign a confidentiality agreement, and pass a background check.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, administration of the office.

Administrative Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and organize complex filing systems (both in the office and in the cloud)
- Calendar management for the principal and his associates.
- Book both personal and professional appointments.
- Correspondence, set and reset meeting spaces, maintain a telephone & email contact list, prepare itineraries, and ultimately keep the client prepared, on time, and on schedule.
- Identify problems and roadblocks early and address them proactively.
- Manage business affairs such as answering emails, phone calls, sorting bills, insurance needs, etc.
- Handle additional responsibilities as requested.
Qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Attention to detail, highly organized and able to juggle projects.
- An upbeat, energetic, flexible, and “can-do” attitude.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Self-starter that is able to function independently.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to be proactive about managing professional relationships
