JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client is seeking a savvy and very well refined Executive Personal Assistant for extensive travel. The candidate can NOT have any attachments whatsoever because there is very extensive travel between Monaco, New York City, and London.
The candidate must have at least five years of Estate Management experience at large properties between 10,000 and 20,000 square feet. Experience managing intercultural staff is strongly preferred: Housekeepers, gardeners, security personnel, nannies, maintenance staff, vendors, etc.
Familiarity with private aviation is essential as the client travels extensively in private jets. Any candidates that are familiar with the fine art world is desired but not required.
