What's it like to assist a billionaire CEO?
The short answer is that it depends on if you are the Personal Assistant or the EA. The Executive Assistant handles more of the corporate items, like managing the calendar while working in an office. The PA is on the road with the boss and handling many of the behind-the-scenes tasks.
There is no question that the personal assistant is handling a much larger workload. It's certainly more hours, too, because the PA keeps the same schedule as the CEO. That can often include being up late at night because you may have to make tweaks to a public speech for the next day.
