This is one of the most stressful times of year for support staff. During certain times of the year, glam squad armies are booked solid. They charge thousands of dollars for treatments, and the most in-demand practitioners are very sought after. Many celebrities have bidding wars to be able to book the hottest stylists, make-up artists, and personal assistants who know how to "work" the red carpet, carry a dress train, and powder a nose to look great for the photographers.
