TRAVEL: Yes, about 50%

EDUCATION LEVEL: College degree strongly preferred (ideally in an entertainment field)

PRIOR EXPERIENCE: 8 years minimum

PAY RANGE: Up to $95,000  (plus health, dental and company car)

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking a world class executive assistant with personal assistant duties (hybrid position).  Candidate must be adept at wearing hats in and out of the corporate world.  Extensive calendar management is required, so the assistant MUST have level-10 black-belt experience with MS Office products like Word, Outlook, Excel, etc. 

Ideally, the applicant should have 8 to 10 years of experience working with a C-level executive in the entertainment field (movies, music, TV), and preferably with an actor with a very demanding schedule.  This is a complete A to Z position, so having a very thick skin and being adept at solving problems very quickly is a must. Ability to work in an ultra-fast-paced environment and handling overwhelming pressure is absolutely required.


Special Skills: Prior experience in media relations a plus
