PRIOR EXPERIENCE: 3 years minimum (full time)


PAY: Based on experience


JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client is a renowned artist and photographer with several studios around the country.  His primary residence is in LA, but he frequently travels domestically and internationally.  The ideal candidate will need the flexibility to travel on location. His second most frequented home is in San Francisco, where he also has another large home.


At least three years of experience working for a VIP is required, ideally assisting an artist, photographer or someone in marketing/advertising because you will have the standard PA duties as well as social media responsibilities.


The assistant must have their own transportation, smart phone and laptop computer (should be good with PC and Mac).  You will frequently liaise with agents, managers, lawyers, publicity reps, promoters, etc.  Your ability with technology should be outstanding and advanced knowledge of editing systems like Final Cut and Photoshop are a very big plus.
