Having experience with a high-profile VIP is only enough to land an interview with our network. Before agreeing to represent a candidate, it is not uncommon for us to spend 3 to 5 hours during the initial face-to-face screening process just to determine if a personal assistant is up to par, and that doesn’t count the process of re-interviewing the candidate before each and every submission to a job. At the typical employment agency, a screener may only spend 30 minutes with the candidate before actually deciding to send them out on interviews.
