Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Program Management Integrator to directly support Air Dominance / Air Proprietary Program Management in Berkley, MO. In this role, you will be part of a high-performing, cross-functional team building state-of-the-art capability.
This position reports to the Vice President of Air Dominance / Phantom Works Air Proprietary. A successful candidate will have familiarity with program management best practices and have a high level of discipline and follow-through.
Resilience and aptitude for problem-solving are a must, with the selected candidate being biased toward action, finding solutions, and enabling the rest of the team to execute efficiently and effectively.
Position Responsibilities:
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborates across the Leadership Team to support the execution of our commitments; aligning communication of performance measures with leadership strategy and direction.
- Works closely with senior leadership on the program to develop presentations with minimal direction.
- Applies critical and strategic thought to business activities and develops recommendations.
- Leads structured organization cadence for the program and attends key program battle rhythm meetings.
- Coordinates logistics of key customer meetings and prepares the team for VIP and customer visits, ensuring professional execution.
- Develops and implements plans to communicate status, performance, issues, and actions and promote rapid resolution, aligned to the Program Management Best Practices.
- Analyzes and develops business metrics, partnering across teams to improve reporting measures. Coordinate with division staff to align metrics and reporting.
- Prepares materials and documents for executive-level meetings and periodic reviews.
- Effectively communicates – working across key program-level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners, and customers.
- Leads special projects.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 2+ years of experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data with the ability to dive into the details to understand, then present information to an executive audience in a clear, concise, and visual method.
- 3+ years of experience in a role that required excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate task progress and challenges within the team and with technical leadership, both internal and external
- 3+ years of experience in a technical or engineering discipline; understanding of BDS engineering execution
- 3+ years of experience organizing, facilitating, and executing large meetings or events with executive and senior customer stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience working with or presenting to external stakeholders, customers, suppliers, US Government.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with data analytics in support of communication efforts.
- Top Secret
- Experience managing projects.
- Proficient visual presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills are needed to encourage cooperation with customers, stakeholders, and peers.
- Experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives.
- Well-developed organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of audiences.
