About the role
Our ultra-high-net-worth client has several residences in the Beverly Hills area: Trousdale Estates, the Bird Streets above Sunset Plaza, and the Hollywood Hills off Beachwood Drive in the old "Hollywoodland." The candidate will be in charge of managing this portfolio of estates worth more than $100MM. The ideal candidate:
- Has experience managing high-value estates
- Has worked in properties with 10K to 20K+ square feet
- Can manage diverse domestic staffing teams
- Has a high level of emotional intelligence
- Is a problem solver and unflappable
- Can act as a private concierge to celebrity guests
- Has a demonstrated history of longevity in roles
This role requires approximately 50 to 60 hours a week, plus occasional nights and weekends when celebrity guests are in town. Candidates with previous experience working for celebrities or billionaires in a lifestyle management capacity are highly preferred.
Local candidates are preferred; however, if a candidate previously lived in Los Angeles but is currently located in another state, the client will consider a relocation package.
NON NEGOTIABLE: Only candidates that have lived in Los Angeles for at least two years will be considered. This role requires knowing the city well because of the lifestyle management duties involved.
