Job Description
Our high-profile celebrity client is hiring an elite personal assistant with five to seven years of experience. The ideal candidate:
- Is well-versed when dealing with agents, managers, lawyers, publicity reps, etc.
- Has lived in New York City for many years and knows the layout very well.
- Is adept at working in very fast-paced environments.
- Has resilience, thick skin, and a no-excuses attitude.
- Able to lead a diverse household team: Nannies, security, chefs, housekeepers, etc.
- Has experience planning once-in-a-lifetime vacation experiences.
- Can keep the same schedule as the VIP when s/he travels overseas (virtual work).
- Has demonstrated longevity in past jobs.
The candidate will be on-call nights and weekends if the occasion calls for it. This is NOT a 9-to-5 job, so the candidate needs to be available 50 to 60 hours per week.
