About the role
Our ultra-high-profile client is searching for a "wizard" or "sorceress." FULL TRANSPARANCY: This is a break-neck, level-10 role and it's NOT for the faint of heart. You will be going a warp speed all the time, but it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see the world and open doors in the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate has:
- at least 5 years of experience in entertainment
- zero other commitments and can be gone for weeks at a time
- a passport with extensive experience in worldwide travel
- a get-it-done-no-matter-what mentality
- thick skin and adept at surviving ever-changing schedules
- the ability to work long hours with extended periods of sitting or standing
- experience working in complex estates with many staff and moving parts
- a complete mastery of Microsoft Office: Word, Calendars, Excel, etc.
- a willingness to do all things from A to Z (rolling sleeves up with a "lateral service" and teamwork mentality)
Candidates must pass the most extensive of all background checks, which are conducted by private investigators (all matters are related to the job): criminal, financial, driving record, etc.
