Summary
A lovely family (including two children and dogs) is seeking to add a Personal Assistant to streamline household operations. The ideal candidate will be collaborative and interface with staff including nannies and Family Office Administration. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for office administration, household organization, vendor management and staff oversight.
This position requires 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday with most work conducted remotely with weekly check-in meetings with principals at family house. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Local Candidates Only.

Responsibilities
- Manage personal and business correspondence and communication with Family Office.
- Maintain and coordinate family calendars.
- Manage and interface with contractors for house remodel and schedule meetings.
- Manage household staff schedules (four nannies).
- Maintain an organized system for managing tasks, reminders, and deadlines.
- Arrange travel, vacations, itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Reconcile credit card statements and household accounts.
- Coordinate personal services, including appointments and entertainment.
- Manage errands, such as shopping and any household inventory.
- Oversee the maintenance and care of personal vehicles.
- Ad hoc projects as requested by principals.
Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting families in personal and professional capacities.
- Proven ability to manage family household accounts.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other applications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and proactive with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with household staff and the Family Office.
