Summary
Our clients are an entrepreneurial couple are seeking a full-time Personal Assistant and Household Manager to support both their professional and personal lives. Both principals are executives and operate at a fast pace, and they are ready to level up their support with someone who brings stronger anticipation, systems thinking, and decision-making to the role.
This is a hands-on position for a proactive professional who enjoys creating order within a lively household, takes initiative, and brings thoughtful ideas to improve how things run. The family is collaborative, highly engaged, and open to teaching and growing with the right person. Responsibilities
Household and Personal Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for household operations, acting as a buffer between the VIPs and vendors.
- Coordinate with the Property Manager across multiple investment properties, surfacing key decisions and providing clear reporting.
- Maintain daily organization of the home, including tidying, dishes, and resetting common areas (no deep cleaning required).
- Assist with grocery shopping and household errands.
- Support care logistics for two dogs, including coordinating grooming and vendors; hands-on engagement encouraged.
- Be comfortable in a lively household environment with young children and pets.
Family and Lifestyle Support
- Support family travel, including accompanying the family on trips as needed.
- Provide light support with children during travel or busy periods (not a primary childcare role; there is a full-time nanny in place).
- Assist with packing, logistics, and on-the-ground support while traveling.
Professional and Administrative Support
- Assist with booking flights, managing logistics, and supporting events or work-related needs.
- Help organize schedules, to-do lists, and workflows with an eye toward improving systems and efficiency.
- Bring structure and organization to vendors, household systems, and recurring needs.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and proactively remove items from the principals’ plates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Family Assistant, Household Manager, or hybrid.
- Experience working in homes with young children and pets strongly preferred.
- Naturally proactive with the ability to anticipate needs and suggest solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with an interest in building systems.
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, evolving household.
- Professional, warm, and personable demeanor.
- Desire for long-term growth and development within a role.
- High standards with strong follow-through.
- Calm and flexible in a busy home environment.
- Comfortable taking ownership while staying aligned with engaged principals.
- No pet allergies, a genuine love of dogs, and enjoys being part of an active household.
