Job Description
A very well-known and respected legacy family on the Forbes list is currently looking for a full-time, permanent Personal Assistant and Estate Manager in the Chicago area.

- Candidate needs experience with private aviation
- Management of multiple residences with domestic staff
- Must be able to leave town on a moment's notice
- Should have superlative EA skills: Calendar management and MS Office
- Hours are about 50 a week but on call 24/7 (generous overtime paid)
- Event management experience a very big plus
- Candidate will need to pass an extensive background check and have fabulous recommendations from all previous employers
