About the role
Our UUHNW client is an icon of industry and is seeking an established Household Manager to run his 20,000+ square foot estate in an affluent suburb of Detroit. The ideal candidate:
- Has 5 to 10 years of experience running complex estates
- Is experienced at managing small 5-star events
- Can lead a team of estate staff: Security, housekeepers, assistants, gardeners, chefs, etc.
- Is familiar with private aviation and able to travel domestically to other properties
- Has 3 to 5 years of tenure with each employer
We are looking for a candidate with demonstrated experience in roles with a high-level of responsibility. Candidates with training in hospitality, project management, or leadership are highly desired. This role requires a true "service heart" and someone who embraces lateral service.
NOTE: The primary hours for this role are from 9 am to 6 pm, but flexibility is required to work evenings or weekends depending on circumstances. The employer pays overtime.
