About the role
Our ultra-high-net-worth client in Los Angeles is searching for a world-class House Manager to organize his mega-mansion. The ideal candidate:
- Has experience managing busy households over 40,000 square feet
- Is adept at leading a diverse household staff: security, nannies, chefs, housekeepers, etc.
- Has a strong black book of private service professionals and vendors
- Can role up sleeves and work gracefully under pressure, especially when the schedule changes
- If fluid in the world of private aviation because the boss flies privately on a regular basis
- Is adept at planning small but meaningful dinner parties with the head chef
- Can create and refine household management systems and is a wiz with technology
- Is very strong with Microsoft products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Calendar Management, etc.
The house manager will have a team of personal assistants and other household staff to manage smaller tasks. The start date is flexible because of the holiday season coming up. Those who can start immediately have high priority.
