Responsibilities
- Daily household organization and light cleaning/maintenance.
- Laundry, tidying, and replenishing household supplies.
- Healthy family meal preparation (breakfast/lunch ingredients prepped; dinners a few nights/week).
- Grocery shopping, errands, and returning packages.
- Child transportation for school, sports, and extracurricular activities.
- Household scheduling and travel coordination (including flight booking and logistics).
- Pet care (feeding, walks, and vet/grooming coordination).
- General household management (coordinating maintenance, overseeing vendors).
- Provide occasional support at a nearby family property for light cleaning or meal prep.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in private household or family assistant roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experienced driver with clean driving record.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Mature, discreet, and emotionally intelligent.
- Comfortable with children and pets.
- Tech-proficient (text/email coordination, online orders, travel bookings).
