Founded in 2011, SMAC Entertainment, a multi-dimensional talent management, music, branding, and production company, brings together former NFL strategist and marketing executive Constance Schwartz-Morini and Pro Football Hall of Famer and Emmy Award-winning television host Michael Strahan to create a major presence in the sports and entertainment arena.

In addition to representing globally recognized talent, SMAC produces a diversified slate of film and television content, with projects set up at primetime cable and broadcast networks including HBO, DIRECTV, Showtime, ABC, CBS, E!, NFL Network, Audience Network, and Nickelodeon, as well as Prime Video.

In addition, SMAC has engineered multiple clothing brands including Collection and MSX by Michael Strahan, two men’s clothing and accessory lines available at Men’s Warehouse and JCPenney; MSX by Michael Strahan for NFL as well as Erin Andrews’ licensed sportswear collection, WEAR by Erin Andrews.


EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT:

SMAC Entertainment is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to provide support to the CEO. Please do not reach out directly to the CEO about this role.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Coordinate and maintain the personal and professional calendar, including all reservations, personal appointments, conference calls, events, and meetings.
  • Organize and execute the daily schedule including, but not limited to emails, calls, appointments, and personal appearances
  • Maintain business and confidential files
  • Coordinate logistics for press interviews, photo shoots, video shoots, fittings, and rehearsals
  • Running personal and professional errands as needed
  • Must be available early mornings and late nights and be used to working long hours
  • Research, arrange, and coordinate all travel arrangements, both nationally and internationally, via private air travel as well as commercial.
  • Handle all requests diligently, including errands, personal shopping and gift-giving.
  • Liaison daily with Clients, Attorneys, Publicists, Business Managers, Agents, Managers, and Television Executives
  • Generate weekly reports and daily call notes
  • Circulate meeting/call agenda, as well as e-mail management

CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate will have entertainment and or administrative experience and be very efficient and highly attentive to the smallest of details. Multi-tasking and working on tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment is crucial. No task is too small and no challenge too large

  • Liaison with company’s executives and team
  • Research potential opportunity for clients
  • Handle all mail correspondence matters
  • Coordinate shopping needs as requested including: business gifts, office furniture, office supplies
  • Ensure the office is presentable and fully stocked with supplies at all times
  • Liaison with outside vendors for support and/or maintenance issues


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
​
  • Reliable, flexible, charismatic and highly organized individual that operates with the utmost discretion at all times.
  • Adept at problem-solving, with a proven ability to quickly grasp issues and to adjust rapidly to changing priorities.
  • Expert ability to manage multiple projects at any given time, through all phases from inception to completion, as well as navigate through pre-determined and unforeseen challenges.
  • Strong attention to detail, while always maintaining a view of the ‘bigger picture’.
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent rapport, as well as interface successfully with others from all levels and backgrounds.
  • Extensive knowledge in the etiquette of social, business and/or personal conduct in representing my employer in all aspects of their life.
  • Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of partner companies
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
  • Superior verbal, phone and written communication skills.
  • Anticipate behavior, wants and needs of employer and solutions to possible issues that may arise
  • Must be pet friendly

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
​
  • 3+ Years of hands-on administrative support experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working across multiple time zones
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Can handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree preferred

LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA
