JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client is known worldwide and needs the "cream of the crop" when it comes to an executive personal assistant. Known for his good reputation as an employer, your staying long-term is a top priority for the company. Many of his former assistants have moved up on the company and one even became a VP. So there is plenty of upward mobility for those who work hard and prove themselves.
The ideal candidate will need to be very experienced with Microsoft Office, especially when it comes to programming Excel spreadsheets. Job seeker should be a master typist and good at dictation. Knowing professional short-hand is not required but highly desired.
