Job Description
This role is considered a Jr. Chief of Staff position because you will be working hand-in-hand with the CoS managing the estate. The property has a full, year-round staff. The ideal candidate:
- Has experience managing large estates with housekeepers, nannies, chefs, gardeners, etc.
- Leads by example and offers lateral service.
- Can refine and create systems to make the home more efficient.
- Is familiar with smart systems and private home movie theaters.
- Has the flexibility to sometimes work on the weekends when required.
- Demonstrates willingness for professional development and doesn't rest on one's laurels.
- Is tech savvy and has familiarity with both Windows and Mac computer systems.
- Familiarity with yachting is a big plus but not required.
- Must have a calm demeanor and high emotional intelligence (grace under pressure)
The client is seeking a long-term fit for this position, and ideally someone who would eventually move up to the Chief of Staff position. Candidates must have a demonstrated history of longevity with past employers. Viable candidates will receive the full job description.
