Summary
A family-owned company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO across both business and personal domains. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role requiring a high level of responsiveness, discretion, and flexibility.
The ideal candidate is early in their career but eager to grow into a long-term right-hand role. This position is best suited for someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a highly responsive, on-call environment while supporting both executive and family needs. A college degree is required.

Requirements
- Provide day-to-day executive and personal support to the CEO across office and household settings.
- Manage complex calendar scheduling, including business meetings, personal appointments, and travel coordination.
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison with executives, internal teams, and external partners.
- Provide consistent reminders and follow-ups to ensure schedules and priorities are maintained.
- Coordinate travel logistics, itineraries, and car services for both business and personal needs.
- Assist with personal shopping, gifting, and special occasions for the CEO and family.
- Maintain detailed inventory tracking for personal assets and collections.
- Support household operations in coordination with existing staff and property managers (no direct staff management required).
- Assist with health and wellness scheduling (e.g., coordinating in-home services and appointments).
- Provide flexible, on-call support, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Prior experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in a UHNW environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- In-office work only, no remote support is offered.
- Tech-savvy with willingness to learn new systems (experience with Trello a plus).
- Strong communication skills and ability to interface with senior-level executives.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, approximately 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Flexibility required based on CEO’s schedule. On-call availability required, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- The family occasionally travels domestically and internationally and takes the assistant with them.
