We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to the Co-President of our Lending Platforms. The Executive Assistant will be based in our New York City headquarters. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Assistant with 10 years prior experience supporting senior-level executives, looking to take their career to the next level.

Greystone offers a competitive base salary and bonus. The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 /year. The specific compensation that will be offered is based on an understanding of the hired candidates' qualifications at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on employee work performance reviewed during the annual review process.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain executive’s schedule: proactive planning and scheduling of meetings, conferences, and travel.
- Ensure timely preparation and processing of expense reports and invoices through Concur.
- Review expenses submitted to the Executive for approval and highlight any out-of-policy spend.
- Proactively assist the Executive with any necessary meeting preparation, and when requested, join meetings to take notes and follow up with responsible parties to ensure tasks are completed as agreed upon.
- Manage logistics of meeting administration (in-person, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
- Compose and prepare correspondence, slide decks, presentations, meeting materials, etc. for the Executive.
- Manages Executive's social media presence.
- Minor editing of podcasts and videos recorded by executive.
- Contributes to the Greystone team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Complete additional tasks and special projects as needed.
- Maintains the highest level of confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Experience, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting a senior-level executive.
- Flexibility outside of “regular” business hours.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
- Technology-forward approach and skill base.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior time management skills with the ability to multitask while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
- Superior judgement, professionalism, poise, and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and assertiveness.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
