About the Job
The Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO will play an integral part in coordinating the day-to-day activities of their executives. We are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented and enjoys working within a fast-growing, rapidly changing environment that is mission-driven and people-first.
The ideal individual will be strategic and tactical, can exercise good judgment in various situations, have strong written and verbal communication, have administrative and organizational skills, and maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
We expect that 75% of this person’s time will be spent on work with the CEO, with ~30-50% dedicated to personal tasks during the workday. The remaining 25% of this person’s time will be spent working with the CFO.

About You
- Experience supporting a CEO or another C-Level executive.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- An easygoing, approachable, and calm personality who doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great instincts in anticipating the needs of the executives are often supported without much guidance.
- A resourceful self-starter who can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage both professional and personal tasks with ease.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CFO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing commitments, and resolving conflicts proactively.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with a strong focus on accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the CEO’s internal and external network; professionally represent the CEO and CFO.
- Prioritize conflicting obligations and needs, independently and proactively carry out projects to completion on tight deadlines.
- Manage and contribute to special projects as needed.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced, team environment.
- 4+ years partnering with a CEO or C-Level executive.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse range of people.
- Confidence in making decisions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Self-motivated and highly reliable.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
